whee! wheeeeee! class dinner was delightful, indeed. *noticable lack of ~~some~~ ONE individual, thank goodness* It was yummy, and we all now know what to get next time, wenting's bacon-ish thing with curly macaroni (wdv its called!) Heh.

Okay in any case. I still cannot, cannot, cannot believe we won swim carn. I mean not us us. I mean the pro little people (: Haha. Pretty much, we are like the most unpro leavel ever! haha. but the 209 spirit of unpro-in-sort-of-impt-things still stays (our gaffes in BOTH dramanights! hahah and net carn in sec one!) ok nevermind. it's the spirit right? and its UNIQUE, yeah. *beams*

Class dinner was okay. Not fun fun, like snow city, lol. But still fun and relaxing. Good to hang around 209-ers again. Yay 209 was so fun. =) Except for some people. Urgh.

Oh well, always got house dinner next time. *cough*house com*cough*. Especially now Tarbet actually won stuff! Haha. Our level biggest contribution for Tarbet was the sandwich making competition. LOL. That's the 209 spirit!

For our band, a bit no activities ah. Hur hur. Eh, not enough guitar people, and limited guitar skills!!! Must outsource one bassist, need foreign talent!

hey ppl! let's go iceskating as our last class outing of the year! those who can make it and want to go rite.. meet at the iceskating rink at jurong entertainment centre at 12noon on wednesday, 22 dec 2004... btw, dat's the only iceskating rink in the whole spore cuz the kallang one closed down liao dunno why... so anyway if u guys can make it and wanna go rite, let ke hui or addy or sophia or elaine noe...(sms or email or instant message or snail mail if can get to them in time) btw for the benefit of those who dunno wad to bring or wear, ppl lyk susanta, bring socks and gloves (can buy gloves dere for $2 per pair)... and wear wadever u want but rmb the climate... it's quite cold lah... and bring marnie... yupz dats it juz let those ppl noe if u wanna go...

Now we will waste 15 min of your lives interviewing "celebrities" and all that crap while you realise at least at the Oscars the red carpet is longer than 3m and the celebrity interviewees are more famous than the interviewer!

Gurmit Singh: Hello people! Now this is (hopefully) the last time I am going to say this- Welcome to Singapore Idol!!!!

After 6 months of me proving that Ryan Secreast is better, funnier, least jittery at hosting this show- even though I am the uglier one-, the show is finally here!

Suddenly Taufik arrives in a disgusting yellow car looking every bit a poser and Sly arrives riding at the back of some motorcycle dude- which looked rather gay.

Gurmit Singh: Now Taufik Bati-sah/san/sa (?) !!!!!

Taufik: *sings* Lalalalala, now I am going to impress you with my mariah carey vocal gym! and acting smooth and slick! Yeah man!

Dick Lee: Whoo hoo! For the rest of tonight I am going act gay and showing my obvious affection for you Taufik! I love you, i REALLY love you!!!!!

Taufik: Oh man, I think he crush me.

Florence: Oh man, move over Stevie wonder (who is an R&B great who made multiple records and shown himself to be a great musical genius and inspired other great artists)!!!

Here comes Taufik (who is the ultiamte poser who is a wannabe and copycat and has little accomplishments musically wise) !!!

Doug: Hey I look like a frog decked out in all green tonight! Anwyay you rock!

Ken Lim: I still act cool and my hands are glued to my armpits still! But well done!

Blah blah blah..... Redundant things ensued, including interviews again.

Daniel Ong: Hey, Rui En! You have forayed into the entertainment buisness before in Taiwan, any advice for them?

Rui En: If I had been successful, I wouldn't be here, would I?

Daniel Ong: Hey look I found Sly's parents! Lets ask them some questions to waste time before we can go for a commercial break.

Meanwhile, Sly tries to talk to his parents using Gurmit's mike, but Daniel Ong drowns him out. Cameraman gets confused about who to shoot, and so do TV viewers.

Gurmit Singh: *screams* How is everybody there! Its PARR-TAAY TIME! Get up your feet!!! Let's rock!!!

Audience: *screams* OK! But there is no music! And this is so MTV asia!

Gurmit: *screams* I am just as unseasoned as those celeb presenters at the MTV awards anyway!

TV viewers: *turns down volume of TV*

Taufik: Weee, we can form a two-man boyband, with matching clothes and all!

Sly: Yeah! Now lets reinforce the idea that we are best buddies!

Results

Gurmit: TAUFIK WINS!

Taufik hoots and does victory dance, while sly does a PC smile. Mostly out of PC-ness, but also because, not unlike Johnny Depp and Jude Law at the Oscars 2003 when they lost to Sean Penn, Sly is smiling cos he knows he's hotter and has more cash waiting for him.

Taufik: Now I am going to sing the bloody song again! When you are bored you can count the confittee (sp?) on my hair!

muahaha to those who didnt stay over or those who didnt go to the chalet.. damm fun!!! we played lyk mahjong and poker cards until dunno wad time at nite and den woke up at dunno wad time to catch the sunrise, thou we cudnt see the sun thanx to the trees... but anyway, we survived! we barbequed and microwaved our own food, and thank god it was edible... not bad at all!!! the bbq part was difficult cuz we cudnt really get the fire going at first cuz there was the sea breeze (ah ha! i rmb something from geog) and den the speed at which we were cooking at was not fast enuff to feed the pigs of 209... haha... but in the end we filled out stomachs and played mahjong! wohoooooo! den we didnt slp until dunno wad time, except for nicole buden she oso didnt slp well cuz addy and company play heart attack until so loud, we cud hear them in the last room.. haha.. den we played amazing race and scavenger hunt... but the stupid rain came and we stopped the race.. sigh! and played cherades or however u spell it and mahjong and dai di and bridge again... den we microwaved the food and watched spore idol on tv!!! yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only 7 ppl stayed on the 2nd nite so we had the whole chalet to ourselves!!!! den we play cards play until dunno wad time again and watch sunrise again.. but this time only 3 of us went to watch it while the pigs were still sleeping... namely addy again, haha... den we went out to eat breakfast and da bao back for those gambling queens playing mahjong haha... den started raining and the man came to check us out of the chalet.. he's lousy. nv bring pen when he needed our signatures... haha... den i went back liao and dunno wad happened to the rest haha... oh yar! and we came to the conclusion dat we CANNOT seriously CANNOT, NEVER EVER live together... cuz we made a mess and had to share the chalet with ants haha... den it was really messy and sandy.. BUT we had ALOT OF FUN!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah!!!!!!! only those who went will noe... yupz... so dats bout it... add on somebody

Okay, as you can obviously see, the original diaryland blog is in shambles and I can't do anything about it and i lost the password too. So I have changed it to blogspot, but I am unable to have the Netball Carn pics up so soon. Therefore, after the photos are developed then I'll make a new layout kay? So for now we can just have this silly little blogspot-original-layout thingo. Yepps. Have fun people, and don't let this blog rot away like the original one. Grins.
